Together, let's redefine the cannabis experience. DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shift Lead to join our team. The Shift Lead plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily store operations, supervising budtenders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve operational and customer issues promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain compliance with company and industry standards, and help foster a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts.Manage time clock issues and assign daily tasks to budtenders.Supervise and guide budtenders to ensure high-quality customer service.Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new staff members.Monitor inventory handling and accuracy during shifts.Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints professionally.Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold company/store standards.Perform drawer counts, cash drops, and shift-end reconciliations accurately.Oversee cleanliness, organization, and merchandising of the sales floor.Provide shift handoff notes to incoming leads/managers.Report incidents, compliance concerns, or operational issues promptly.Requirements:1-2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized with attention to detail.Cannabis industry experience is a plus (if applicable).Weekend availability and open availability are mandatory.Main responsibility is closing shifts, with occasional support for opening shifts as required.Must meet state age requirements and have flexible availability.Work Schedule:Full-time: 30-32 hours per weekBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage availableSick LeaveHoliday PayProduct DiscountNOXX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
