Automotive service BDC/call agent
We are currently looking for a motivated team member in our Service Business Development Center. The Automotive Service BDC Representative is responsible for making service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience. A successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. Responsibilities are to make sure your team is:
Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
Making outbound call, generate service appointments and log all customer comments.
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
Schedule future contact as needed.
Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
Respond to customer website requests.
Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule a service appointment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
