Your Role: As a housekeeper with The Tidy Turnover, you’ll provide top-notch cleaning services for both Airbnb turnovers and personal residences across the San Diego area. You’ll be responsible for: Thoroughly cleaning and tidying all areas to meet our high standards. Capturing before/after photos and videos to showcase your work. Reporting any issues or needs to your team lead promptly. Providing friendly, professional customer service. Maintaining and transporting cleaning equipment (options to use your own or ours). Complying with health and safety regulations and company policies. Who We’re Looking For: We seek team players who are coachable, motivated, and detail-oriented. While prior experience is valued, it’s not mandatory—we’re more interested in your potential and personality. Requirements: Must pass a background check. Availability at least 4 days per week, including weekends. Reliable transportation to commute between multiple locations. A smartphone for communication and task management. Comfort using mobile apps and taking photos/videos. Fluent in English. Compensation Options: $21 per hour + tips (supplies provided) $23 per hour + tips (bring your own supplies) Additional Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit.
