Financial Decision Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial Decision Support Analyst. Key Responsibilities Develop and run routine financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and proforma support to hospital executive and department leadership Prepare financial data and statistical reports for budgeting and forecasting processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field AND two years of experience in financial analysis and reporting OR a Master's Degree in a related field Experience in the healthcare industry with statistical metrics, forecasting, and budgeting Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting methods Experience with financial systems such as Workday, Epic, StrataJazz, and Tableau is preferred Understanding of healthcare industry knowledge and internal systems utilized
