Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
Set up and operate various manufacturing machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, stamping presses, and flexo presses to meet production specifications.
Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), and CNC programming software.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and engineering specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to verify parts meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
Support assembly line operations by using hand tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to assemble components accurately.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during machine operation; maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications; document inspection results thoroughly.
Experience
Proven factory or manufacturing experience operating a variety of machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings confidently.
Experience with CAD software like SolidWorks or similar design tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience with tooling setup, fabrication processes, welding techniques, and assembly line operations.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers accurately.
Prior warehouse experience or materials handling skills including forklift operation certification is advantageous.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
