This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align estimates with market conditions and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret construction drawings and specifications to develop detailed estimatesPerform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for labor, materials, and equipmentCollaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricingSupport bid preparation, submission, and documentationAssist in identifying risks and benchmarking costs against market trendsRequirements3+ years of estimating experience in civil construction or siteworkStrong proficiency in takeoffs and estimating software/toolsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to interpret construction documents and specifications
