Equipment Inventory Associate (Temporary / Project-Based)

Overview Equipment Inventory Associate (Temporary / Project-Based) Omega Aviation – Houston, TX (near Hobby Airport) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Inventory Associate to assist with organizing, documenting, and listing our inventory of airport ground support equipment. This is a temporary 3–6 month position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs. Key Responsibilities: Photograph equipment in a clear, consistent, and professional manner Edit photos using tools such as Canva or similar software Upload listings to our website with accurate descriptions and details Assist in creating short walkaround videos of equipment when needed Organize and track inventory to ensure all units are properly documented Requirements: Must have a smartphone with a high-quality camera (iPhone preferred) and sufficient storage Comfortable using photo editing tools (Canva or similar) Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for basic content assistance Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently Preferred (but not required): Experience with photography, content creation, or inventory management Basic mechanical aptitude or comfort working around equipment Willingness to assist with occasional light hands-on tasks, such as charging or jump-starting equipment Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items (approximately 40–60 lbs) when needed Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
