Operators also responsible for performing various types of surface finish texturizing to enhance appearance and/or to achieve required RA. Duties/Responsibilities:Follow the router for specific processing instructionsDeburr parts using up to 10X magnificationAbility to use a microscopeMaintain specified production rate while achieving acceptable quality levelsHandle parts so as to not cause nicks, scratches, or other damage to ID/OD surfacesKeep work area and machines clean and orderlyRequired Skills and Knowledge:High School graduate or GED equivalentMust have basic math, English, and spelling skillsProper use and settings of equipment, air and electric grinders, buffing wheels, speed lathes belt sandersManual dexterity, physical activity that requires considerable use of hands and armsDeburr using a microscope continuously for an entire shift on a daily basisAble to lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to identify critical surfaces and not damage during processingGOOD WORK HISTORY A MUST One interview will connect you to over 200 companies in the Lake County area when you work with Express.
