Title: Senior Public Relations ManagerLocation: Brickell, FLCompensation: Generous PackageSchedule: 5 Days In Office (Flexibility Required)Relocation: Open to out-of-area candidates; relocation support availableOur client, a Miami-based private real estate investment and development firm focused on ultra-luxury hospitality and residential projects, is seeking a Senior Public Relations Manager to bring PR fully in-house and lead strategy and execution during a pivotal growth phase.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute end-to-end public relations strategy aligned with active sales cycles and company milestonesWrite, pitch, and distribute press releases, announcements, and editorial materialsSecure high-quality earned media placements across luxury, hospitality, travel, real estate, lifestyle, and business outletsMaintain and leverage direct relationships with editors, journalists, and media decision-makersManage daily outreach, pitching, follow-ups, and media inquiries as the primary press contactExercise strong editorial judgment, prioritizing credibility and strategic placement over volumeSupport PR strategy for launches, activations, and high-profile eventsAssist with guest list curation, sponsor outreach, and brand collaborationsRepresent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and key social gatheringsPartner closely with marketing leadership to translate business objectives into compelling narratives and storylinesRequirementsLuxury, travel, hospitality, real estate, or adjacent ultra-luxury sector experienceExisting, personally managed relationships with relevant editors and media outletsAbility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and activationsPolished, brand-forward presence with comfort operating in high-visibility environmentsHands-on mindset with the ability to execute independently without requiring trainingOpenness to relocation to the Miami area if not currently localBilingual skills are a plusQualificationsBackground at a top-tier PR agency or equivalent in-house luxury brand experience within travel & leisure, hospitality, or real estateProven success securing meaningful earned media placementsExceptional writing, pitching, and storytelling capabilitiesStrong relationship-building and networking instinctsStrategic thinker who can align PR initiatives with commercial and brand milestonesInterest in building long-term ownership of a single luxury brand in-house2-10+ years experience
