Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)Location: Waterloo, IA (Onsite)Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-11:00 PMPay Rate: $40 - $42 an hourHours: Approximately 45 hours per week, with overtime and occasional weekends/holidays as neededKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support hourly maintenance employees in a manufacturing environmentCoordinate and schedule maintenance activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goalsMonitor equipment performance and drive corrective actions when neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping requirementsSpend approximately 50% of the workday on the shop floor supporting operationsRequired Qualifications1+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experienceAssociate degree in a technical field or equivalent experienceExperience leading hourly employees in a factory environmentStrong communication, leadership, and people management skillsExperience planning and estimating maintenance workWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and tool & die processesProficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsSAP experienceAdditional DetailsBusiness casual dress codeSafety shoes with internal metatarsal protection required on the first dayMust be comfortable operating a Deere-owned Gator on the shop floor after completing safety trainingVisa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position#INDOEM
