Software Project Engineer

*12 Months Contract to Direct* *Monday - Friday* *Onsite* SW Project Engineer *Overview: *Support software engineering teams as Scrum Master, SAFe facilitator, Agile coach, and DHF coordinator while managing cross-functional delivery and established development processes. *Responsibilities* * Facilitate Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and Release Train activities. * Coordinate DHF documentation, timelines, milestones, releases, risks, and dependencies. * Partner with hardware, test, engineering, product, and program teams globally. * Maintain backlog quality and support continuous improvement. * Communicate project status and drive consistent Agile practices. *Requirements* * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Software Engineering preferred. * Engineering/R&D experience in an Agile environment. * Scrum Master and SAFe experience. * Jira or comparable Agile tool experience. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work within SOPs and established development processes. *Preferred* * Medical device or regulated-industry experience. * CSM and/or SAFe certification. _Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled_ _Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
