Located at the corner of U.S. Highway 12 and Brown County 14, the Travel Center will serve everyone from truckers to local families on the go.With construction set to begin soon and an anticipated opening in late 2026, this travel center will offer a welcoming environment with fresh-made meals, clean amenities and well-lit fuel and diesel pumps with easy access for trucks and farm equipment.As this exciting new Travel Center takes shape, Agtegra is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to help bring this vision to life.Essential FunctionsLead and support day-to-day operations across the travel centerBuild, develop, and inspire a high-performing teamFoster a culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and community connectionDeliver a consistent, high-quality experience for all guestsSupport business performance while adapting to evolving services and offeringsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support long-term successRequired QualificationsMinimum five (5) years of related (travel center, gas station, convenience store) experience; or combination of education and experience.Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.English Proficiency.Must be 18 years or older.Valid Driver's License.Strong leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.An operational mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.Interest in contributing to a growing operation with evolving opportunities.This position provides the chance to help shape not just a new location, but a place designed to bring people togetherwhere convenience meets connection, and every visit feels like coming home.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
