Why ICAST?Position Overview:The Energy Efficiency Program Manager is the primary point of contact to existing Utility and Government customers and will drive the internal efforts at ICAST to ensure program goals are met.RequirementsMust Have Qualifications: 3+ years' experience managing Utility DSM or Government WAP ProgramsProven Program Management abilities i.e., ability to get work done by team members who are not direct reportsPreferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of utility rebate processes, especially custom rebate programsDeep understanding of DOE's Weatherization requirements and processes Building Science KnowledgeUnderstanding of 3rd party M&V programsProficiency with MS Office Suite of Products (Excel, Word, etc.)Innovative & FlexibleAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamPassionate about environmental, social, or non-profit workLocation: Remote in the U.S.A.Travel: Some travel may be required based on the needs of the company.Reports to: Director of Energy Efficiency ProgramsSkill Level: Intermediate to AdvancedAreas of Expertise: Program Management, DSM, WAPCompensation: $80,000Key Responsibilities: Managing relationships with utility companies, Government staff, and other stakeholders in developing and managing EE ProgramsGuiding and facilitating internal ICAST activities as necessary to meet assigned EE Program goalsActing as the primary point of contact for energy data, incentives, and other stakeholder requests Provide oversite for any changes to EE ProgramsPresenting reports for program updates, annual strategic plans, Management updates, etcMaking program changes to bring program back on track if its not meeting goal This Job Description is a guide listing the key responsibilities of the Job, not an all-inclusive list.
