Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid Washington State medical licenseBoard-certified or eligible in Hematology and OncologyProven experience in outpatient hematology and oncology careProficiency with the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environmentNice to Have Skills: Experience with multidisciplinary oncology teamsPrior outpatient clinic experienceAdditional certifications in cancer care or related fieldsBilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institutionAt least 2 years of post-residency outpatient hematology/oncology experiencePrevious locum or hospital-based clinical work is advantageousOther Requirements: Credentialing with the facility to start as soon as possible (expected timeframe: 60-90 days)No inpatient responsibilities or call duties requiredAvailability for full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)No travel required; remote support staff include care managers, RNs, and infusion nursesCommitment to maintaining professional licensure and certificationsPosition Highlights: Starting Date: April 30, 2026Duration: 2-4 monthsCompetitive hourly pay rateSchedule: Full-time, outpatient clinic setting onlyNo inpatient or call dutiesCompensation includes malpractice insurance, orientation, holiday pay, and reimbursable expenses such as licensure, certification, and travel when applicableTake this opportunity to join a dedicated team providing vital care in a supportive environment.
