DescriptionThe Investment Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, production, customization, and delivery of specialized investment reporting for client, internal, and regulatory audiences. This role operates at the center of a dynamic investment platform, supporting the delivery of tailored portfolio solutions, liquidity strategies, and consulting insights designed to help clients achieve their unique objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to build a strong foundation in fixed income markets while gaining exposure to securities analysis, credit research, and client service.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage the production and distribution of investment reports for institutional separately managed accounts, liquidity, and consulting services.Review portfolio holdings, transactions, analytics, and risk data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.Create customized portfolio management reports that support investment decision-making, client review meetings, and account-specific analysis.Prepare internal reports for portfolio managers, traders, client service, compliance, and other stakeholders.Support the preparation of reporting materials for regulatory bodies, rating agencies, auditors, and other stakeholders.Partner with portfolio management and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies related to holdings, position values, cash flows, security classifications, and performance results.Maintain reporting calendars, production checklists, quality-control procedures, and documentation of reporting processes.Req Number INV-26-00003Position RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple reporting cycles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Skills & CompetenciesAccuracy & Attention to Detail: Delivers complete, accurate, and timely investment reports aligned with all requirements.Investment Data Discipline: Understands data relationships across holdings, transactions, and performance; identifies and resolves discrepancies proactively.Fixed Income Learning Agility: Quickly builds knowledge of key fixed income concepts, including credit, yield, duration, and risk.Process Ownership & Execution: Manages recurring reporting cycles with discipline, ensuring quality control, documentation, and on-time delivery.Continuous Improvement Mindset: Enhances reporting through automation, template optimization, and scalable, insight-driven improvements.About the Organization Meeder Investment Management has helped clients successfully reach their financial goals since 1974.
