This role is responsible for identifying and unlocking new market opportunities, building high-value strategic partnerships, and positioning TASE GLOBAL as a preferred manufacturing partner across aerospace and medical sectors.Unlike a pure sales role, this position focuses on expansion, and strategic deal development, working closely with sales, engineering, and executive leadership to translate opportunities into sustained revenue streams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a global business development strategy aligned with TASE GLOBAL’s long-term growth objectives.Identify and penetrate new customers across North America, Europe, and APAC.Build and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, and ecosystem partners.Drive early-stage opportunity creation, including large, complex, and multi-year programs.Collaborate with sales teams to transition qualified opportunities into revenue-generating accounts.Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitive analysis, customer needs assessment, and industry trend tracking.Shape go-to-market strategies tailored to regional dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams to align capabilities with emerging opportunities.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.15–20+ years of experience in business development or strategic growth roles within precision manufacturing.Proven track record of entering new markets and building strategic partnerships globally.Strong exposure to aerospace and/or medical manufacturing ecosystems.Deep understanding of precision machining, CNC processes, and advanced manufacturing.Experience working across North America, Europe, and/or Asia-Pacific markets.Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and influencing skills.Willingness to travel (~30–50%).Preferred QualificationsExperience operating in AS9100 and ISO 13485-certified environments.Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, FDA, etc.).Background in contract manufacturing, high-precision assemblies, or supply chain partnerships.Experience in or international market entry strategies.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives tied to strategic growth milestonesComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) retirement planPotential long-term incentives (based on experience and impact)Why Join TASE GLOBAL?At Trusted Aerospace Engineering Inc, we combine precision engineering with global expertise to deliver excellence in every component we manufacture.
