This role ensures all incoming and outgoing materials follow internal controls, regulatory requirements, and established casino procedures. The supervisor leads the warehouse team, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures that materials are handled safely, efficiently, and securely.A Day In Your LifeOversee all inbound deliveries, ensuring shipments are accurate, complete, and in acceptable conditionVerify purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation in accordance with casino internal controlsEnsure proper handling and logging of restricted or sensitive items such as gaming equipment and high-value inventorySupervise daily warehouse functions including storage, sorting, labeling, and internal distribution to departmentsEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and property standards across all warehouse areasMaintain proper storage conditions for perishable, hazardous, and high-value itemsConduct regular cycle counts & assist with inventory auditsInvestigate variances and report discrepancies to leadershipMaintain accurate inventory records within the property management systemLead, train, coach, and schedule warehouse and receiving team members Provide performance feedback and support employee developmentWork closely with all casino departments to ensure smooth distribution of suppliesSupport special events, promotions, and casino- wide projects requiring coordinated material distributionEnsure all receiving and warehouse activities follow State gaming regulations & casino controlMaintain audit- ready documentationOther duties as assigned What You'll Bring To The Team2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience1 year of supervisory experienceStrong understanding of inventory systems and workflowsCasino or regulated environment experienceForklift certification or ability to obtainAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming BoardOnsite ExpectationsOnsiteLocation: Chicago, IL Work EnvironmentMust be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift to access equipment and support operational needs across the property.Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/ product weighing up to 50 pounds.Requires the ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.Must be able to work in a 24/7 casino environment, including exposure to gaming floor conditions such as noise, lights, and frequent walking between departments.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
