Operation: Welcome Home

Tri-State Veterans Assistance Network is seeking compassionate volunteers to support local veterans through Operation: Welcome Home; help create a warm first night for veterans moving into permanent housing. Veterans will be located in the NKY and greater Cincinnati area.Responsibilities Include:Preparing or delivering a lasagna dinner (lasagna, salad, and bread)Providing a simple home-warming gift (optional)Writing a short welcome card for the veteran and their familyTime Commitment:One-time delivery per veteran placementFlexible scheduling based on housing availabilityIf you are an individual or group passionate about supporting veterans, enjoy hands-on service and community engagement, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
