Business Title: Water Operator Level BLocation: Millsboro, DE 19966Job Type: Full-timeNote: 11pm to 730am Tuesday-Saturday.Description:Able to operate a shift unassisted and have the ability to rebuild equipment.A Water Operator Level B possesses a Water Operator license and 1 - 2 endorsements.Endorsements required for Millsboro include Distribution, Disinfection, Chemical Feed and Filtration.Will have 1 - 3 years of acceptable operating experience.Operates mostly under supervision, 11pm to 730am Tuesday-Saturday.Major Duties & Responsibilities:Operation of the water treatment system.Assists with compliance documentation and recordkeeping.Maintenance of water equipment and wells.Adheres to all safety requirements, including personal protective equipment (PPE), preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, lockout-tagout procedures and process safety management related matters.Performs process control lab work.Qualifications:Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.Active Water Operator license with 1 – 2 endorsements.1 – 3 years of acceptable operating experience.DE: Recertify every 2 years with completion of 20 hours of approved training within that timeframe.Skills and Certifications:Water Operator License, must have.
