Painter/Laborer

Painter / Laborer Bartlett Co-op Association has an opportunity at our Chetopa, Kansas location for a full-time Painter / Laborer. Position Requirements: Meet customers with the best customer service Work and communicate with patrons and employees in a courteous professional manner Wear proper PPE required at all necessary times (e.g. safety glasses, ear plugs etc.) Physical lifting Be trainable in the operations of sandblasting, painting and fabrication Move and jockey trailers in and out of the paint booth as well as around the yard using forklift(s) and skid steer(s) Meet customer expectations in the painting, fabrication and refurbishing process of trailers and equipment Keep area clean and organized Perform other duties as assigned Basic Qualification Requirements: Must have good communication skills Ability to read, write and communicate in English Ability to read a tape measure Ability to work additional hours to meet business demands Bartlett CO-OP Association offers competitive wages, health and dental insurance, cooperative retirement plan, paid vacation and personal time.
