We connect as a team at our Team Week experiences four times a year and at our recently established Hub locations - SF Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, NY; Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Calgary, AB; and Toronto, ON.We are currently looking for candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.About This Role As part of Intersect's Corporate Technology team, you'll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of internal software tools and operational control systems that power day-to-day execution across the company. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on oversight, guiding a mixed team of internal engineers and external development partners to build secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions.You'll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to translate real-world workflows into reliable systems that improve visibility, automation, and control. Your leadership will ensure our internal platforms are resilient, maintainable, and aligned with Intersect's long-term growth.Team Overview This team plays a critical role in advancing Intersect's mission to accelerate the clean energy transition by delivering secure, scalable technology that enables operational excellence. The Corporate Technology team partners across departments to design and maintain systems that improve efficiency, data integrity, and decision-making.
