The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java and ReactBuild scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservicesDevelop responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.jsCollaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutionsWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practicesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and debuggingOptimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performanceWork with databases to design and optimize queries and data modelsImplement security and data protection best practicesContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutionsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in full stack developmentStrong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework)Strong experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectureSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) conceptsExperience with Git or other version control systemsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with Docker and KubernetesKnowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Understanding of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT)Exposure to testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Selenium)Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
