Paid Holidays after 90 days.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Complete routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wood polesMaintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.Minimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or older.Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas.Mechanically inclined and experience with a variety of tools preferred but not required.This is a minimum 40-hour workweek with Saturdays considered inclement weather make-up days.Must adhere to all Company policies and procedures.Education & Experience:High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.Pre-Screen:Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.License & Certifications:Driver License Preferred but not required.Travel Requirements:Willing to travel locally, statewide, and regionally as needed.
