With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Proposal Writer to our team. This role will be FULLY remote. We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to support commercial sales efforts within the security guarding industry . This role is responsible for developing compelling proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and client requests while partnering closely with sales and operations teams to help win new business. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can translate security operations, staffing models, and service delivery strategies into clear, persuasive proposals for clients across industries such as corporate, healthcare, education, and commercial real estate. Write and develop proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs and RFQs Create executive summaries, staffing plans, and service approaches Partner with sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to gather proposal content Manage proposal timelines and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions Research clients, industries, and competitors to strengthen proposal messaging Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and content libraries Position Requirements 3–5+ years of proposal writing, RFP response, or sales support experience Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience managing multiple proposals and tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field Preferred Experience in the security guarding industry or related services Background supporting commercial or enterprise clients APMP certification or proposal training is a plus Proposal Automation experience with programs such as Responsive a plus. The expected hiring range for this position is $75,000- $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location. Founded in 1985, we have perfected our approach to high quality security.
