Implementation Tax Consultant I

Overview In this role you help clients adopt ADP solutions by applying your analytic and project management skills to simplify complex information. You will guide customers toward the best fit for their business while building trust and sustaining long-term relationships. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to analyze client needs, map processes, and implement effective solutions. This is a customer‑facing role focused on delivering seamless onboarding and value through ADP’s services. ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solutionGuide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needsAnalyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processesPartner with clients to understand their business and related needsIncorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solutionUtilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriateUnderstand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solutionBuild long term relationship and trustInteract/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer serviceExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise Key requirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a client service environmentExcellent analytical skills and time management skillsMust be able to recognize basic procedural issues and escalateExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong client relationship skillsAbility to influence and guide client toward best solutionsAbility to work independently and in a teamLearning agility and critical thinkingProficient in latest web technologiesWorking knowledge of various operating systems
