They offer a collaborative culture, strong values, and the opportunity to work on products supporting cutting‑edge industries.Job DescriptionSupport supplier management activities across multiple manufacturing sites using established quality proceduresOwn supplier corrective actions from containment through permanent resolution within manufacturing and assembly processesOversee supplier DMRs, RMAs, audits, and performance tracking to minimize scrap and quality escapesLead supplier audits for new and existing suppliers, ensuring findings are tracked and closed prior to launchReview, track, and approve supplier PPAP documentation in line with internal quality requirementsManage focused improvement plans for underperforming suppliers based on quality and responsiveness metricsCreate and maintain supplier quality documentation that clearly defines quality expectations and standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
