Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team at Aspire Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patient recovery, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment, and delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and best practices.This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients through compassionate care, teamwork, and professional nursing practice.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical assessments, and detailed medical histories.Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and communicate updates effectively with the treatment team.Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, discharge planning, coping strategies, and overall health management.Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines.Respond appropriately to behavioral health crises and support de-escalation efforts when necessary.QualificationsMust be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensureMinimum of 1 year of inpatient behavioral health experience REQUIREDBasic Life Support (BLS) certification REQUIREDAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferredStrong communication, critical thinking, and crisis intervention skills
