This is full-time, 745a-445p.Key responsibilities are:Complete the following administrative tasks supporting physicians (not all inclusive):Greet and escort patients from waiting room to treatment roomAccompanying the physician in the treatment room, you'll document the physician dictated patient history, including history of present illness, review of systems, past medical and surgical history, family and social histories, medications and allergiesDocument physical examination findings and procedures as performed by the physicianVerify benefits for in office procedures, DME and custom orthoticsPrepare lab work to be sentHelp doctors and other team members as neededDuring non-clinic time, answer phones and follow up with patientsPerform all other duties as assignedOther responsibilities may include:Traveling to other clinics as neededGiving high fives to colleaguesWhat would make you a qualified candidate:You are very task-orientedYou are a fantastic multitaskerYou are positive, empathetic, and a team playerYou care about the work you doYou have at least 1 year of full-time experience in a patient facing role or at least 2 years working full-time in a high volume, customer service roleYou have great communication skills, both verbal and writtenYou are professional and friendly along with great attention to detailYou have a commitment to customer service with work experience to show for itWe have high expectations and provide a rewarding work environment for those that find Neuhaus Foot and Ankle the right fit.
