The successful candidate will be tasked with driving ongoing initiatives in risk management, turnaround, and quality/performance improvement. This pivotal role requires a strategic physician with a strong background in OBGYN, operations, and regulatory matters, who can offer support to the physician team, assess current operations, and implement performance improvement solutions. The Interim Chief of OBGYN will also be instrumental in supporting the strategic growth initiatives of the organization.Applicants for the Interim Chief of OBGYN position at the company must hold an MD or DO and possess an active MA medical license. The role demands a professional with excellent attention to detail, drive, and engagement, capable of ensuring the achievement of both short- and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar leadership capacity, with a focus on women's health.
