Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Frisco, TX, for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role include selling a variety of insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, consulting clients on the best coverage options, and providing exceptional customer service. The Insurance Sales Specialist will also collaborate closely with team members to meet sales targets and improve client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficient skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance product knowledgeExperience in Customer Service to build lasting client relationshipsFamiliarity with Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance servicesAbility to understand client needs and provide tailored solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsState insurance licensing or ability to obtain required licensingExperience in a sales or insurance role is a plus
