Specializes in comprehensive project lifecycle management and methodology, from scoping and planning to execution, analysis, and tracking. Adept at change management, team facilitation, risk mitigation, and delivering clear stakeholder communications and reporting. This role works closely with a senior project manager, department leaders, and department staff. Follows project management leading practices consistent with PMI and PMBOK standards.Responsibilities:Lead Project Execution & Team Performance: You'll be the driving force behind project success, expertly managing deliverables from assigned resources and ensuring the team stays on track to meet and exceed project goals. Project Planning & Scoping: Take charge of developing comprehensive project plans from the ground up. This includes creating detailed work breakdown structures, defining realistic timelines and dependencies, and establishing clear milestones. You will perform tasks related to project scoping, planning, execution, resource allocations, time approval, change management, stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and manage daily team task assignments using project management methodologies like agile or waterfall. Develop and maintain project-related documents: Be responsible for crafting project documentation, including a project charter, project plan, go-no-go and RAID documents, setting the stage for smooth project initiation and progress with clear objectives. Proactive Risk Management & Performance Monitoring: Maintain a vigilant eye on project progress. You'll continuously track and analyze task completion, identify potential risks and issues, develop effective mitigation strategies, and make necessary schedule adjustments with approval to keep projects moving efficiently. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Excellence: Keep all stakeholders well-informed and engaged. You'll be responsible for completing thorough project reports and dashboard documents, providing transparent updates on project status, progress, and any critical insights to inform decision-making.
