Responsibilities: Implement and maintain ABA Therapy best practices. Work directly with children with ASD. Engage parents in therapy sessions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities with children. Complete RBT training to become certified. Additional Info: Work Location: Provide In-Home services. Benefits: Health and dental insurance, 401K. Job Type: Part-time (with advancement opportunities). Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus a $900 milestone bonus. Schedule: Monday to Friday (must have Saturday availability to make up time). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1 year working with children required.
