Summary We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our Supportive Living team at Pickering Manor. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in our Personal Care and Memory Care neighborhoods while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Oversee the clinical care of residents in Supportive Living Neighborhoods. Supervise nursing and direct care staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Assist Supportive Living Director with meeting state and federal guidelines in the operation of a personal care home Requirements Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania. 3 to 5 years of long-term care experience required. Experience with med-tech training a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
