The sky is your limitPay Rate Range: $26.03-$32.54Job DescriptionReporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, the Room Attendant plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to high service standards. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to guestsClean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas in accordance with hotel standardsPerform a full range of housekeeping duties, including:Making beds and changing linensDusting and polishing furniture and fixturesVacuuming carpets and cleaning floorsThoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathroomsCleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfacesRemoving trash and used items from roomsReplenishing guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenitiesInspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and functionality of all equipmentReporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate departmentMaintaining housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen closets in an organized and clean mannerFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicalsRespecting guest privacy and security, ensuring confidentiality at all timesResponding promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members and supervisorsAssisting with special cleaning projects, deep cleaning tasks, and room preparations as neededQualificationsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesReliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a teamAdditional Information
