Audio Visual Technician

Insight Global is looking for an AV Technician to provide onsite support for audio-visual systems and meeting spaces for one of our large customers. This role focuses on maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair AV systemsSupport meetings and events (setup, in-room support, breakdown)Perform daily system checks and preventative maintenanceHandle tickets and provide phone/email supportTrack inventory and document service activityAssist with installations and system upgradesCollaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
