Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment * Pull materials and equipment for our internal shop * Load and unload incoming and outgoing products * Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment * Help maintain accurate inventory * Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage * Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe * Follow all company safety procedures * Work outdoors in Minnesota weather throughout the year What We're Looking For You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is *reliable, willing to learn, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right.* The ideal candidate will have: * Previous forklift experience preferred * Basic computer skills * Experience with inventory systems is a plus * Strong attention to detail * Good organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic * Willingness to work outdoors year-round * A safety-first attitude Physical Requirements This is an active, physical position.
