We're looking to add a few caregivers to our team helping out our sweet young lady (turns 22 in May!) with special needs. She's non-verbal, but she *loves* being around people and is very easy to work with. Caregiving would include feeding, helping her with physical therapy & mobility exercises, feeding, and diapering when necessary, but mostly being a friendly companion who talks and reads to her to keep her engaged and happy. We're also open to any craft/playtime activities you want to get creative with!Afternoons and/or weekend hours.Location: very close to the UW campus (off Monroe Street near Edgewood College) - a quick bike or bus ride from UW and just a couple of blocks from Edgewood College.Hourly rate is $17-$20 depending on experience.We're interviewing candidates now, to start whenever available.
