Position: Service Foreman

Position Description Danco Roofing Services, Inc. is a privately owned and operated, full service, commercial roofing firm providing roof repairs, reroofs, and new construction roofing and sheet metal projects within Indiana and Mid-West areas. We are seeking a full-time service foreman to complement our service crews. We are seeking an ambitious individual that is highly professional with commercial roofing experience and has a desire to grow. The service foreman will lead the work of Service Crew and participates in the repair, maintenance, inspection and installation of roof systems. Responsibilities of this position include Perform service duties such as leak calls, sheet metal, scopes etc. Perform service inspections and evaluations Maintain good working relationships and be able to effectively communicate with clients Represent Danco Roofing Services, Inc. in a professional manner Follow all safety guidelines and set-up safety systems Manage service crews in a productive and efficient manner Must have good time management skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic knowledge of all low slope roof systems including BUR, Single Ply, and architectural metal systems Commercial roofing experience preferred Ability and experience with investigating and repairing leaks Sheet metal/Gutter fabrication and installation knowledge is a PLUS Majority of work within 70 mile radius of Indianapolis Must be able to climb and carry a 40' ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record if applying for Foreman position Must be able to E-Verify Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing experience for Foreman position Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resources.
