Data Analys (Remote)

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Data Analyst role shared via Technopark Jobs - Trivandrum on behalf of a hiring organization. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The role involves performing exploratory data analysis, generating reports, and building dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. The Data Analyst will work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, translate business questions into analytical tasks, and present findings in clear, actionable formats. Day-to-day tasks may also include creating basic data models, validating statistical assumptions, documenting methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams through virtual channels.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.Solid foundation in Statistics to apply appropriate methods, validate results, and support evidence-based recommendations.Experience with Data Modeling concepts to structure data for reporting, analysis, and scalability.Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment and manage time across multiple tasks or projects.Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in a data-focused role or relevant internships/certifications is an advantage.
