Managing money for high-net-worth investors, Brasada is focused on delivering results with a strong client-first culture centered on a strong investment process. https://www.brasadacapital.com/Job Summary: The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a key member of the Brasada team and often the first voice and face our clients encounter. This role is central to shaping the client experience - whether welcoming new relationships, supporting ongoing needs, or ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who is warm, resourceful, detail-oriented, and energized by helping others succeed. The ideal candidate thrives in an investment management environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and prospect inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses. • Process money movements including distributions, contributions, and asset transfers in accordance with firm and custodial procedures. • Manage all aspects of the new account onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and error-free client experience. • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly client statements and assist with ad-hoc reporting requests. • Maintain strong communication and coordination with Investment Advisors, Traders, and Operations to support client needs and daily workflows. • Monitor, research, and address custodial alerts and notifications. • Lead the planning and logistics for the firm’s Bi-Annual Client Events. • Ensure client information is current and accurate across CRM, custodial systems, and internal databases.Qualifications: • Prior experience in Client Service, Customer Support, or Operations - preferably within an investment management firm, RIA, or broader financial services environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric, professional approach.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Experience with Orion, Salesforce CRM, or Charles Schwab’s custodian platform is preferred but not required. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
