Key Responsibilities: Shipment Coordination:Manage and oversee all aspects of air export shipments, from initial booking through to final delivery, ensuring that timelines are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Documentation Management:Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation, including airway bills, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international shipping regulations. Customer Communication:Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on shipment status, addressing any concerns, and resolving issues as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction. Carrier Liaison:Work closely with airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and ensure that shipments are handled efficiently and cost-effectively. Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about the latest international trade regulations and ensure that all shipments comply with customs, export control, and other relevant regulations. Problem Solving:Proactively identify potential issues in the shipping process and implement solutions to avoid delays or additional costs. This includes handling any discrepancies, delays, or customs holds that may occur. Tracking and Reporting:Monitor the progress of shipments, providing detailed tracking updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed. Requirements: Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in air export operations. Knowledge:Strong understanding of export documentation, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
