Junior Landscape DesignerWe are seeking a motivated Junior Landscape Designer to support residential outdoor design projects within a high-end design-build environment.This is not a back-office drafting role. It is a true growth opportunity for an early-career designer who wants hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle — from concept development and 3D presentations through field coordination and project execution.You will work closely with senior designers, installation teams, and clients while developing the technical, creative, and communication skills needed to grow into a Senior Designer or Design & Sales role over time.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development of residential landscape concepts, layouts, and outdoor living designsSupport the creation of 2D plans, renderings, and 3D models for client presentationsParticipate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior design staffIncorporate client feedback and design revisions with accuracy and attention to detailManage multiple design tasks and deadlines across active residential projectsCollaborate with field and installation teams to help ensure accurate execution of design intentGain exposure to the residential design-build sales process and how projects are presented and soldSupport overall project workflow, design output, and backlog managementMaintain organized project drawings, files, and documentation throughout each phase of work
