Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence Conduct comprehensive eye exams following established protocols. Diagnose and manage ocular conditions using appropriate tools and pharmaceutical agents. Provide timely follow-up care and referrals with thorough documentation. Educate patients on eye health and build lasting doctor-patient relationships. Minimize prescription remakes and contact lens returns through accurate assessments. Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with staff to ensure seamless patient care. Coordinate with referring physicians to enhance continuity of care. Manage patient flow efficiently and maintain punctuality for appointments and walk-ins. Compliance Adhere to all state laws and regulations governing optometry. Maintain accurate and secure patient records. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
