Job Description Toppers Pizza – Join a Team That Brings the HeatRequirements/ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing-Leading day-to-day operations during daytime shifts-Opening the store and getting the day started the right way-Managing prep, cleanliness, food quality, and organization-Ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for the dinner rush-Helping with pizza making, order prep, phones, customer service, and carryout-Delegating tasks and supporting team members when scheduled with others-Handling downtime productively and keeping the shift moving-Following company procedures and food safety standards-Communicating important updates to the night team and management-Helping create a positive, accountable, and high-energy work environmentIdeal qualities include:-Reliable and consistently on time-Strong work ethic and sense of urgency-Comfortable working alone during slower daytime hours-Able to stay productive without constant supervision-Organized and detail-oriented-Confident leading others and making decisions-Friendly and professional with customers and coworkers-Focused on cleanliness, food quality, and operational standards-Able to prepare the team and store for a successful dinner and late-night shiftResponsibilities Include:-Opening procedures-Food prep and product organization-Inventory and restocking-Cleaning and store appearance-Customer service and order accuracy-Leading by example during all parts of the shift-Ensuring smooth transition into dinner operations-Supporting overall store performance and team successSpecial InstructionsPlease do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
