This roleis ideal for a clinically strong RN who thrives in a fast‑pacedenvironment and is confident caring for patientsexperiencing life‑threatening conditions.Job Function: Night Shift. 3x12: 7pm-7:30am. Managethecareof adult and/or pediatric patients with critical, life‑threatening conditions requiring rapid assessment and high‑intensity interventions. Provideemotional support,education, and clear communication to patients and families duringemergency situations. Collaborateclosely with physicians and theinterdisciplinary team, recognizing whenearly intervention is needed. Preparepatients for surgery, imaging, and diagnostic procedures. Performessentialemergency procedures including IV insertion, medication administration, blood draws, and airway support (intubationassistance).
