Thanks to our claims review AI agents, TrueClaim saves health plans at least 7% of costs vs legacy solutions. We are backed by Y Combinator and other top investors, founded by industry veterans (Hinge Health, Pine Park Health - YC, pMD), are live with customers, and growing fast. We are looking for a Software Engineer (with 3-5 years of experience) to build products from zero to one. The person will work directly with the founding team and ship features daily to support our fast-growing customer base. This is a Full-Time, in-person role in SF. Skills: Write production quality python code. Write production quality front-end next.js typescript code. Actively seek out best practices and implement them, while still delivering commercial value quickly What we think you might do: Build the fastest and most accurate claims adjudication technology in the industry Build financial integrations and money movement features only seen in fintech before Improve our in-app and on-the-phone member experience to drive engagement and outcomes What you will actually do: Whatever our customers need at any moment Please avoid this role if: You are looking to get experience in healthcare and move on You want to talk product instead of building every piece of it You are looking for a predictable environment Bonus points: Health tech or fintech experience History of shipping daily 4-5 days per week in-office in San Francisco.
