SummaryDescription Summary of This RoleDevelop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.What Part Will You Play?Eagerness to learn new product(s), offer improvements on processes and work to give clients a top rated training experience.Delivers a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation and adult learning models. Tailors training content based on individual client needs, as directed. Occasionally assists with simple design projects.Become proficient with a minimum of two ERPs and three products.Participates on internal teams including supporting new product rolloutsProvides basic cross-training and support for colleagues.Contributes to on-site client support and training by providing basic advice relating to the applicable functionality of the system and ancillary products. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed; however, training could be single trainer led.What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum QualificationsBachelor's DegreeRelevant Experience or Degree in: Additional experience in lieu of degree will be acceptedTypically Minimum 2 Years Relevant ExpTraining delivery experience; relevant subject matter experience* Bachelor's Degree is not essentialPreferred QualificationsTypically Minimum 4 Years Relevant ExpExperience of full training life cycle - analysis, design, delivery, evaluation; proficient in second languageRelevant Training certification.What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?Skills / Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
