The provider will manage both reconstructive and cosmetic cases, with OR and clinic responsibilities and shared call coverage.Schedule & CoverageFull-time, Monday to FridayClinic Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMProcedure/OR Days: 2-4 per weekOn-Call: Participates in rotation (soft tissue and clinic/EMTALA call)Patient Contact Hours: 36 per weekPractice HighlightsInpatient responsibilities at affiliated medical centersNo outreach or telehealth1 Physician + 1 Advanced Practice ProviderNo APP supervision required1:1 nursing supportOnsite imaging, lab, and pharmacy servicesAverage 16+ clinic visits per full day (15-30 min per appointment)Patient population includes surgical and cosmetic patients of all agesEMR: EpicTeaching opportunities available Job ResponsibilitiesTrauma call and ER consultsIn-office procedures and consultsReconstructive collaboration with breast surgeons Candidate RequirementsBoard Certified in Plastic Surgery - RequiredActive Michigan license or active IMLC (LOQ at time of name clear) - RequiredPrior plastic/reconstructive surgery experience - RequiredClean malpractice and background - RequiredHow to Apply
