I Adore Cheer is originally an after-school cheerleading company located in Houston, TX that has now branched out into dance, step, pickleball, and volleyball in the city's surrounding areas. We have been active for 4 years and are consistently committed to child development. We achieve this through effective coaching and the encouragement of leadership throughout the year.
As an I Adore Cheer Campus Site Monitor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs, ensuring a safe, supportive, and effective environment for our staff and students. Your role will be key to maintaining the high standards of I Adore Cheer by fostering strong relationships with coaches and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Site Monitor Duties and Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision: Oversee daily activities and performance of IAC Coaches, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Support and Relationship Building: Foster ongoing support, guidance, and relationship-building between the site monitor and IAC coach to strengthen working relationships.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct weekly performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for improvement.
Conflict Resolution: Promptly and fairly address and resolve minor conflicts or issues between IAC coaches at their working location. If a resolution cannot be reached, inform the Operations Manager of IAC about all related issues involving IAC coaches.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between IAC staff members and coaches, IAC administration, and keep everyone informed of important updates and changes.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all staff and IAC coaches comply with mandated requirements, safety standards, and program guidelines, also conduct regular campus visits as needed.
Driving Between Campuses: Travel between 1-3 campuses per day to monitor different sites and support IAC Coaches. Must ensure reliable transportation for daily travel.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
MUST have reliable transportation for daily travel between campuses
MUST be available weekdays AUGUST - DECEMBER between the hours of 3-6pm (for example, your schedule could be 4:30-6pm a few times per week)
