The company is committed to delivering exceptional value and operational expertise to all projects. Role Description The Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in West Hollywood, CA. This role involves overseeing financial operations, including the preparation and review of financial statements, managing fixed assets, recording journal entries, and analyzing financial data. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the finance team, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing fixed assetsStrong knowledge of accounting processes, including recording journal entries and maintaining financial recordsAdvanced analytical skills to evaluate financial data and support decision-makingBackground in finance and experience in financial managementStrong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plusExperience with property management or real estate industry is an advantageProficiency in accounting software and financial tools
